Our main product is OxidOS Edge - an open source-based Embedded Operating System aimed at microcontrollers (e.g.: S32K from NXP, STM Stellar E, Infineon AURIX Tricore) - so it acts as the underlay layer on embedded hardware.

That makes it harder to “show” (no user interfaces - just a binary on a chip).

However, we are also providing an online development platform that also acts as a medium to show one of our product's main advantages - that the same code can run on different hardware platforms, as well as in a simulator.

This OxidOS Edge Short Demos showcases this - running the OS online, then compiling Rust and C apps (for legacy code support) separately from the kernel.

The SDV Demo Video covers the OxidOS SDV product (the 2nd product recently started based on customer input):

• an overview of how the process will look from the OEM perspective - with roles played by developers, architects, QA;
• the steps involved in adopting and using OxidOS SDV in their platforms;
• in the 2nd part of the video (from 4:10) - Alex also covers how fast certain scenarios can be covered using OxidOS SDV (e.g.: porting to new hardware, onboarding 3rd party developers) - a far cry from the current tooling.
